Belle Pelle by Elise uses a vegetal hard wax used all over Europe and South America especially Brazil - where the Brazilian wax was originated. Hard wax only adheres to the hair not the skin and hair as strip wax does. Therefore our wax is as close to pain free as possible. Sanitation is our first priority. WE NEVER DOUBLE DIP! ABOUT BELLA PELLE BY ELISE
Owner/operator Elise Agostinelli graduated at the top of her class from the Aveda Institute in Soho. She then decided to continue her education with a Masters in esthetics from the International Dermal Institute in NYC, where she would later become an instructor in 2009. Taking classes at MUD, MAC and trade shows such as IBS and IESC to name a few, she realized education was an integral part of becoming a successful esthetician and makeup artist.
Chanel would be the start of Elise's makeup career where she learned the fundamentals of hands on makeup application. Faces Salon, located on Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY, was Elise's first job as an esthetician/makeup artist. In 2006 Elise took a position as an esthetician with Red Door Spas Elizabeth Arden (Garden City) where she would receive the bulk of her hands on training and exceptional customer service skills. As much as she loved Red Door, Elise's ultimate goal was to open a salon of her own.
Bella Pelle by Elise (which means beautiful skin in Italian) became a reality very quickly. Our first salon opened the summer of 2010, in beautiful Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The opportunity to open a full service salon on Long Island came about recently. Placing our clients' needs first, we partnered up with Del Sol of Mineola. This exciting partnership is exactly the path we envisioned for BPBE.
Bella Pelle by Elise offers services to enhance the existing beauty of each and every client. Waxing is an extremely popular service here at Belle Pelle by Elise. We use a hard wax imported from Europe that is as close to pain free as possible. We also provide services such as makeup application, lessons, airbrush, airbrush tanning, massage, acupuncture, tanning, eyelash extensions and facials. Spa parties for adults as well as children are also a great way for us to share our love of the beauty industry to you. BPBE travels for bridal parties of 8 or more and is extremely flexible with availability, making your special occasion as stress free as possible.
